I am removing my old review to post this updated one because these guys need to give themselves a lot of credit here for the incredible work they do. I have been going to this shop for almost two years now, and I can confidently say they are the absolute gold standard for automotive service. I brought them a nearly 30-year-old vehicle, and the team here immediately identified major, obvious structural and mechanical issues that a previous shop completely missed. I had been totally ripped off by that previous shop—paying thousands for lazy work and fake inspections where they claimed nothing was wrong—but the crew here actually took the time to do things right and caught everything. What truly sets this shop apart is that they aren't just parts-changers; they are true craftsmen who take massive pride in their work. To take this on, with the massive amount of work involved here, you have to understand that first and be sort of a car enthusiast since it takes a level of time, precision, and dedication that a lot of people just don't have the patience for. They regularly go completely out of their way to make sure a job is done to absolute perfection, even taking on the tedious, frust

I had a wonderful experience at this auto shop from start to finish. They were thorough with the diagnostics and I got my car back in less than a week. They go out of their way to help you ! Sylus explained in detail what was going on with my car . Absolutely recommend this shop . Great job Sylus and Angela .

Asked to have a $15 sensor replaced, they said they could do it, dropped my car off at 10 am by appointment which means nothing, never heard anything until I had to call them twice, Angela was very nice but second person I spoke with seemed bothered that I was even calling, don’t work in customer service if you don’t want to service the customer. They came back with an estimate for $950 after going through my entire car and picking out every single little thing that was wrong with it, which I never asked them to do in the first place. I took it down the street and got the whole thing done for 50 bucks. This was nothing but a waste of time going to this place. I would give zero stars if I had the option, but apparently it will not let you post unless you pick at least one

I walked into the shop and it was pristine clean with a wonderful little area for little people to keep them occupied while mom or dad talk to the receptionist. I was impressed right from the get-go. Actually, I was very impressed while talking to them over the phone about bringing my car in for repairs. They were pleasant and easy to work with, listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions without leaving more questions or worries. They kept in touch with how things were going, and I was never let down by the exceptional work that they did on my car. Everything is working nicely. I am so very pleased. I took several of their business cards and one of my friends is looking forward to calling them up to have a look at their vehicles. Thank you so much for a wonderful group of HONEST people who did not overcharge for diagnostics which was put back into the cost of repairs. Great job All Around Auto. Thank you very much and I’ll see you very soon for a few more things to be taken care of. Linda

Absolutely amazing auto shop! They have always gone above and beyond for our family, and it truly shows. From honest communication to quality work, you can tell they genuinely care, not just about the cars, but about the people they serve. It’s rare to find a shop that is this trustworthy, dependable, and family-oriented. We wouldn’t take our vehicles anywhere else and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place that treats you like family, not just a customer.
